Guild JF30 12 String Jumbo Acoustic Westerly RI 1998 w/ HSC Used

For sale is a beautiful 1998 Guild JF30 12 String Jumbo acoustic guitar, handmade in Westerly, RI with original hardshell case. This guitar has an expansive voice that blends perfectly with an ensemble or accompanying a singer. Truly one of the most enjoyable we have seen here at MRM. The spruce top is in good health, no cracks or bridge lift, beautiful flame maple back and sides. Minimal fretwear/cosmetic wear for an instrument of its age (see photo series); some finish cracks around the heel. The saddle has been lowered as far as it will go and the action is very low and playable with a straight neck, working truss rod. Adjusting the action further at the saddle would require a neck reset or thinning out the bridge (like every good old Guild we see!) but the instrument is so playable as-is, we have priced it for the right player. Aftermarket pickup added sounds good, functioning as it should.

Currently stung with light Strings, action measurements at 12th fret with first fret pressed: +7/64" bass side and -5/64" treble side; Overall weight 6 lbs 6 oz.
