For sale, in excellent condition - Adamas by Ovation W597-MEWP Melissa Etheridge Signature 2002 w/ Original Case. Serial number 19500. Overall weight 5 lbs 13 oz. Excellent condition overall, playing at standard spec with clean electronics. Designed by Melissa Etheridge along with the Ovation USA team. Melissa devotee or not - this is an exceptional acoustic electric with great sound and feel!
It features a carbon-fiber top in a White Pearl finish with pearloid soundhole accents, abalone binding. The body is a mid-depth bowl back made from classic Ovation lyracord. The neck is mahogany with rounded C neck shape, ebony fingerboard, mother of pearl inlays. It is equipped with an excellent OP-Pro preamp with both XLR and 1/4" outputs. Truly phenomenal tone played acoustically or plugged in. This guitar was brought to us by the original owner who purchased new and played it sparingly over the years. Hardly any fretwear or cosmetic wear to note and impressive for a 20+ year old guitar! Original hang tag still on the strap pin! Included is the original hardshell case.
