Martin D-35 1970 Vintage Acoustic Guitar with Hard Case

This is a really sweet player's grade vintage D-35.
All the big bass and projection you would expect from this model with the advantage of aged woods.
The guitar is a great sounding player that could be enjoyed as is for decades to come.
It is also a candidate for some restoration work (neck reset, bridge and saddle work, etc) if the next owner so chooses.
NIce fretwork and it is currently playing a bit above Martin's factory spec but well below "Bluegarass action". Action could come down a bit but not much before shaving the bridge or resetting the neck. Intonation is not perfect but is very close.
The neck is quite straight with normal relief for these non-truss rod models. A bit more relief than modern specs but less than most of this era.
There is significant drop off of the fretboard extension, as the neck was probably reset at some time without a wedge under the fretboard extension, typical of neck resets a few decades ago. The soundboard is has caved in towards the soundhole over the years. As it is it is quite stable.
Some oversprayed finish on the soundboard, repaired back and top cracks.
