Eastman E10P Solid Wood Parlor Guitar 2018 Used w/ Original Case

Used, in good condition - Eastman E10P Solid Wood Parlor Guitar c. 2018 w/ Original Case. Weight is 4 lbs 6 oz. Original COA in the case! Recently restrung with light strings and playing very nicely at Martin spec with a signature, woody mid range. Chunky and wide neck shape for bigger hands. This guitar has a slight bridge lift, some fretwear and a little bridge belly, but it is stable structurally and playing great with an outstanding sound. We have priced the guitar to reflect this condition, but it is still too good to kick out the door! The next owner will love and play it for many years as it is. A list of specs from Eastman:
