Fender Super-Amp 6G4-A Brown Panel 2x10 40 Watt Combo Amplifier Pre-CBS c.1962

Used, in good condition - Fender Super-Amp 6G4-A Brown Panel 2x10 40 Watt Combo Amplifier c.1962. Chassis code: 57653 (1962). This is a sweet example of a Pre-CBS 6G4-A that has been serviced. Player grade, but sounds phenomenal with that legendary pitch-shifting Vibrato that gets you into Univibe territory.

All transformers are original. Has had a cap job (see photo of original parts included) and three prong AC cable installed. There was a new 2x10" baffle installed to mount the period-original speakers. Included is a spare 1x12" baffle as well for the player to switch out depending on preference. Replacement handle and footswitch. The inside of the pine cab shows plenty of wear (see photos) but it has been sured up with the new baffle/mounts installed carefully. The tolex is in decent shape with plenty of marks/patina (see photos) but has some serious vintage vibe. Modern tubes for dependability on gigs. The Standby/On switch is a little noisy when switched. Basic nylon slip cover included that is a little oversized.
