A nice example of a truly vintage 14" Ludwig Whitecalf Calf-skin drum head. This head is in good condition for being over 80 years old! Hand stamped with the iconic black ink "white calf" stamp. These heads were typically handmade with a skin wrapped maple hoop. There is some staining and visible wear but no holes or tears. ( see photos) This head would be perfect for a vintage restoration or collector.
