Francisco Fariña Canarian Timple w/ Gig Bag Used

Used, in excellent condition - this is a traditional, handmade Canarian Timple by accomplished builder Francisco Fariña. Similar DNA to a concert ukulele, the Timple is a traditional five-string plucked string instrument of the Canary Islands. It has a convex body, wide neck and a gorgeous, woody tone with remarkable projection. The build is meticulous with a spruce top and what looks to be poplar back and sides, mahogany neck. It has a nut width of 1-7/8" and a scale of 15-1/4", playing well with action at standard spec. Aged well with very little signs of wear and tear overall (see photos for detail). Includes a basic gig bag.
